SHIPPING POLICY — PRINTS
We take great care to ensure every print arrives safely and in perfect condition. Each piece is made to order and handled with attention from production through to delivery.
Australia
All print orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.
Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be printed, packaged, and delivered.
New Zealand & United States
We offer free shipping on all print orders to New Zealand and the United States.
Orders are fulfilled locally where possible, with delivery typically taking around 3 weeks from the order date.
International Shipping (Outside Australia, New Zealand & United States)
International print orders are shipped unframed and rolled in a secure protective tube.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–5 weeks
Framed Prints:
Framed print orders shipped internationally incur an additional AUD $500 shipping fee due to the size, weight, and handling requirements.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
Made to Order
All prints are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Each print is produced with care and intention, designed to be enjoyed and kept for years to come.
