Let me host a private Paint & Sip party for your next birthday, celebration, or special event.
Relax, laugh, and unleash your inner artist—with a glass in hand! Because let’s be honest—painting is always better with a little wine.
Round up your besties and let me guide you through a fun, step-by-step painting session. No experience needed—just laughs, sips, and a splash of creativity.
All materials are provided, and after 2 hours you’ll walk away with your very own masterpiece (and probably a few hilarious memories too!).
Includes
All supplies including: canvas, easel, apron, paints, brushes + a fun step-by-step tutorial by me – Clare O’Hara, your artist & creative cheerleader!
Inclusive of setup and pack down.
The party host can select their choice of animal to create: Kookaburra, Pelican, Cockatoo, Giraffe – or touch base if you have a special request of subject you wish to paint.
Venue
Don’t want the mess at your house
No worries! My studio partner is Studio97 (located in Carrington). Venue hire is an additional $300 charge. This fee covers 2 hours of room hire plus setup and pack down.
I can alternatively bring the party to you, or feel free to source your own venue.
Alcohol: As this venue is not licensed, I cannot provide alcohol, but I encourage you to bring your own along!
Want me to come to you?
No problem – I can bring all art class supplies to your desired venue (home, office, school, hall). I also have collapsible tables should you need extra space.
Cost
Minimum booking fee: $600 (includes up to 8 adults).
Each additional guest: $80 per head.
Please note: if you have less than 8 attending, the minimum call-out fee of $600 will still apply.
Catering
Let’s leave it to the experts.
While I’ll be busy bringing your event to life through live illustration, you’ll want a catering partner you can truly rely on.
Letter Q Catering (based in Kotara, Newcastle) offers exactly that—beautifully prepared, expertly presented food that complements any stylish event.

How to Book
Contact Clare via email clare@clareohara.com.au or phone with your event enquiry details, including: Event date, Time, Location, and Contact details.
A confirmation will be emailed to you, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
