Returns & Refund Policy

At our core, each artwork is created with intention, care, and craftsmanship. As many pieces are bespoke or made to order, we encourage clients to choose thoughtfully before purchasing.

This policy outlines your rights and our process in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

Commissioned Artwork

All commissioned pieces are custom-created and tailored specifically to you.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your commission and commence work

  • Each commission includes two revisions during the process

  • Additional revisions or changes in direction may incur additional fees, quoted on a case-by-case basis

  • Clients are invited to review and approve the artwork at each revision stage

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned work:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

  • Once a stage has been approved, it is considered accepted, however additional revisions may be requested if unused revisions remain or additional fees are agreed

We reserve the right to pause or cancel a commission if communication ceases or becomes unworkable. In such cases, outcomes will be determined fairly based on work completed.

If for any reason we are unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be provided.

Original Artwork & Prints

All sales are considered final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Resolutions may include a replacement, repair, or refund, determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping & Damage

We take great care in packaging each artwork to ensure it arrives safely.

If your item is damaged in transit:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photographic evidence of the damage and packaging is required

If the issue is deemed to be a fault or transit damage, we will cover the cost of replacement or resolution.

Timeframes

Commissioned artworks are typically completed within 8–12 weeks from confirmation of deposit.

If you are working towards a specific date (such as a birthday, anniversary, or event), please let us know in advance. While we will always do our best to accommodate, timelines are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Rush orders may be available upon request.

Pricing

  • Prints are available from $80

  • Commissioned artworks range up to $5,000+ depending on scope and scale
